We’ll take a Manhattan, thanks

The les collines Manhattan

For two decent cocktails:

4 oz of your favorite bourbon– we use Berkshire Mountain Distillers, a favorite local distillery

2 oz sweet vermouth– we like Dolin Rouge

2 tblsp les collines Sour Cherry Preserve

2 tsp les collines Scots Bitter, liquid only, reserve peel for garnish

All ingredients should be at room temp.

Rub the edge of your chosen glasses with a strip of the Scots peel, then leave the peel on the edge to garnish. Or just allow to sit on the bottom.

Whisk or shake all ingredients well together to dissolve, then pour into a cocktail shaker full of ice and shake again for 15-20 seconds. Strain into ready glasses. Sip and smile.
